What we buildinto every one.
Component logic
Cases, dials, fabrics, finishes, sizes — modelled as data, not as hardcoded variants. Adding a colourway is a row, not a release.
Compatibility rules
Some combinations cannot be manufactured. The configurator knows which, and repairs a configuration the moment it becomes unbuildable.
Live pricing
Every component carries a price adjustment and a lead time. Totals and delivery estimates are derived from the selection, never maintained by hand.
Material accuracy
Physically based materials with measured metalness and roughness. Brushed steel behaves differently from polished steel because it is described differently.
Camera choreography
The camera moves to the component being configured — the strap when you change the strap — so the customer always sees the thing they just changed.
Shareable builds
Every configuration serialises to a URL, so a customer can send their build to a partner or back to your sales team.

Your 3D models
You provide your existing CAD or 3D models. STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, Rhino, Blender, ZBrush — whatever your product team already works in.
No model yet? We arrange the scanning or the modelling.
- 02
We optimise
We prepare GLB/glTF assets for fast web performance: retopology, sensible UVs, Draco-compressed geometry and KTX2 textures.
A 240MB CAD assembly becomes a sub-megabyte web asset.
- 03
We build
We create the Three.js/WebGL experience and the configuration logic — components, materials, pricing, compatibility rules and camera choreography.
Built as data, so your team can extend the catalogue.
- 04
We connect
We integrate the experience with Shopify: pricing, inventory, the cart and checkout, so a configured product becomes a real, fulfillable order.
Your operations team keeps the tools they already use.
Before you ask
- What do you need from us to start?
- Your existing CAD or 3D models and your component catalogue — what can be combined with what, and what each option costs. If you have no 3D models, we arrange the modelling or scanning.
- Will it slow the site down?
- Not if it is built properly. Geometry is Draco-compressed, textures are KTX2, scenes mount only when they approach the viewport, and the render loop stops when they leave it. Devices that cannot render WebGL efficiently get a static fallback instead.
- Can our team add products afterwards?
- Yes — that is the reason the configurator is data-driven. When it is connected to Shopify, components live as metaobjects your merchandising team edits in the admin.
- Does it work on phones?
- Yes. Touch drag rotates, pinch zooms, and geometry and resolution budgets are reduced on mobile GPUs. The configurator controls are designed for thumbs first.
